Crysis 3

Crytek/Electronic Arts 2012

As Level Design Director on Crysis 3, I was responsible for leading a team of 8 designers from pre-production to ship in the creation of the single player campaign in under 12 months. Our goal was to translate the Crysis story and 7 wonders theme into a variety of different missions set inside a lush, nature covered New York City.  Crysis 3 shipped on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

  • Responsible for design direction and execution of the Crysis 3 single player campaign during a short development cycle on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
  • Working closely with the creative director to translate the 7 wonders theme into the single player campaign missions
  • Creating and pitching parts of the game internally and to publishing partners
  • Responsible for delivering various marketing materials, videos, demos and live press event play-throughs at various stages of the project
  • Processing and reacting to feedback from internal and external evaluation, playtests and review
